Who we ask for a review, what we publish, and how you can withdraw yours.

We ask everyone who attends a class. We publish every review, good or bad, unless it contains abuse, someone’s personal data, is off topic, or isn’t about our service. We record the reason for every review we don’t publish. You can withdraw your review at any time from the link in your confirmation email. We don’t offer incentives for reviews.

Most migrations fail in the planning, not the execution. Tell me where you are today, where you need to be, and what you've already tried. I'll tell you honestly what it will take. If a simpler path fits, I'll point you at it. And if we do work together and the engagement fails to meet the agreed standard, we refund your fee.
